Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made 24 hours or less may result in the loss of deposit, retainer or booking fee and/or cancellation fee ($25). Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% (full remaining balance of scheduled services)
All Deposits and Retainer/ booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred when proper notice is provided.
Cancellation: within 48hrs deposit/retainer/booking fees are non refundable.
If rescheduled, half of deposit/ retainer/booking fee may transfer to new scheduled appointment.
Reschedule: May reschedule within 14 days of original scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made 24hrs will result to loss of deposit/retainer/booking fee.
Cancellation the day of or less than 24hrs will be charge 100% of scheduled service (full remaining balance).
NO CALL OR SHOW WILL BE CHARGE 100% OF SERVICE AND MAY BE PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
